- Our contract
Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy the goods that you select when placing your order on the Site. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by confirmation that we can and will fulfill the order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation of your order. The acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us.
- User account registration, passwords and security
3.1 You have the option to open an account via the Site to place and refer to your order(s). When registering for a user account, you will select a password and user name that you can use to access your online account.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name, and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. We will not be liable should your password or user name be used by someone else (unless such use is due to our negligence).
3.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or user name.
3.4 Passwords may be reset by yourself using the forgot password option.
- Compliance and Testing
All Aubrey & Co products are carefully designed to comply with all relevant EU/UK safety standards. We routinely submit batches of toys for independent safety testing, but please note: it is not a requirement for each style to be tested. All current certificates are available on request.
International customers: we do not test to any other standards other than European safety standards EN71 (Parts 1,2 & 3) which are then safety tested by a UKAS approved accredited independent test house. Our new dummy clips are tested to meet EU regulations BSEN 12586:2007 and all rattles and teethers to the new UKCA standard 2020.
- Payment methods
5.1 Aubrey & Co accept payment for purchases of goods and/or services you make through the Site may only be made by debit or credit card using our payment facility, or via the authorised payment options including Paypal and Apple Pay.
5.2 We work closely with Klarna a retail credit organisation to provide instalment based payments. By selecting this payment method you also accept Klarna’s terms and condition and agree with them the appropriate payment structure. Any and all enquiries regarding repayments should be directed to Klarna customer services.
5.3 You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions).
5.4 For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
- Delivery and Lead Times
6.1 All standard orders will be dispatched from our Essex address within a maximum of 1-4 business days of your order payment being cleared. Times do vary depending on the product you have purchased so please see additional information on the listing for a more accurate time span. We ship out Monday – Friday and aren’t open on a Bank Holiday.
6.2 No orders will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
6.3 We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.
6.4 UK & Offshore Customers
We offer 2 postage options (depending on your location). A fully tracked Next Day delivery DPD service and a Royal Mail 48 Service.
If you have paid for the DPD Service, then it is possible to track your order. You should receive your tracking information when we have completed your order and it is ready to be collected by our DPD courier. If you require your order to be tracked and covered if it should get lost, please choose this service.
The Royal Mail 48 Service should arrive within 2 days, but from experience, it can take up to 5 working days. The Royal Mail 48 service only provides confirmation once your order is delivered to you, there is no tracking on this service. We are not responsible for any orders lost that are sent via this service so please take this into account when you place your order.
If you qualify for free shipping, your order will be sent via the Royal Mail 48 service. If you wish to upgrade the shipping from Free Shipping to the Next Day delivery DPD service, there will be a charge of £5.95 for this service offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at anytime.
7.1 Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items should be well packaged and returned in their original, resaleable condition.
7.2 Personalised and bespoke items together with dummies are non-refundable, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.
7.3 Returns will only be processed following contact with our team via email on email@example.com
7.4 This must include the invoice/order number and a reason for return.
7.5 It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept backorders. This means that when purchasing the item it’s not currently in stock and the order will only be fulfilled when possible. If we are unable to fulfill a style or item as requested then we will offer a replacement or a refund.

The Aubrey & Co name, web address and Site are registered trademarks in the United Kingdom and remain the property of Aubrey & Co and Silicone Bead Supplies Ltd.
- Right to vary terms of trade
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
