The majority of our products are handmade here in the UK by our experienced studio team. Personalised products can take a couple of days to process for engraving as they are made to order, but rest assured we will have your order ready as soon as possible. You'll receive email updates when we ship your order.

We aim to dispatch all products within 2 business days and we ship via Royal Mail.
You'll receive an automated email when your products have been dispatched. During busy periods or for larger orders like our play gyms we may from time to time use specific couriers to delivery your products.
If there are any expected delays in your delivery, or you have pre-ordered a product the studio team will be in touch to keep you updated via email.
