We are 100% committed to making your customer service experience better and we want to share all the new things we will be doing to our business to improve.

This new year has been a long time coming hasn’t it? It had been a year of new challenges and opportunities for everyone and as a team we really thrived in adversity.

Moving in to 2021 we feel a little wiser and more seasoned at adapting to change, that doesn’t mean that we can sit back on our laurels.

No matter what happens next with Brexit, COVID or the as yet unknown of 2021 our team are committed to offering an outstanding experience. As we move in to the new year and Tier 4 we’ve made some changes to our studio and working rotas so we can work smarter and safer for you our customers.

  • We’ll still be offering exceptionally high quality hand made teething products, gorgeous feeding and weaning tools and toys
  • Rapid delivery will continue with our newly appointed courier DPD who have already been worth their weight in gold supporting our small business with their amazing customer service experience.
  • You’ll find new ways to pay with Klarna payments to help spread the costs and many new game-changing options coming in the next few months including our BIBS Dummies subscription service!
